The fourth edition of the “Memorial Luciano Monaci” ended with the Under 14 tournament, won by Virtus Siena, a decidedly high-level team that, in the final, defeated Olimpia Legnaia Firenze with a score of 95-56. Third place for the Grosseto basketball team that won, in the final for third and fourth place, against Pallacanestro Piombino for 76-64. A memorial dedicated to a special coach, well organized, both on the first and second day, which was also attended by Manuel Mazzoni, international referee. Pallacanestro Grosseto thanks those who contributed to the event, the participants and guests, the Monaci family, the authorities, Abio Grosseto for the activity they carry out and the sponsoring companies.
