Baseball Serie C, the Estra BC Siena on the pitch in Rome with one more Dario Mancini

The new Juventus number 15, the very young 2002 Mancianese Dario Mancini, will make his debut this Sunday at 11 in Rome, at the CONI Olympic Preparation Center field, in Largo Onesti, in 2021 at the Grosseto Boars in Serie B. Presented by the Juventus club as a important market hit, Mancini, from the Sienese’s point of view, should represent a turning point behind the home plate. Certainly, although young, he is an experienced player who also played in A2 and who beat .280 last season in Serie B.

The bianconeri, who will present on the mountain the starter Paul Hendrick Castillejos (“Bettele” will be the third starter in three games, given that against Arezzo he climbed the mount Luis Pena and against Montefiascone Paul Kendrick Castillejos), are looking for the first victory in the championship, after not having disfigured last Sunday in the three innings played with Montefiascone, before the rain interrupted the home game at Scialoja.

The Brewers, relegated from B in 2021, instead made their debut in the league last Sunday, beating, a bit surprisingly, Arezzo, favorite for the final victory of the group, with a sharp 11 to 3, also thanks to numerous mistakes made by the Arezzo.

THE OTHER CHALLENGES – Montefiascone will host Latina, who currently hold a good mid-table position. Same situation for Arezzo who will play with the Dolphins Anzio, while the leaders Junior Grosseto (at .1000 with two wins out of two games played) will have a rest session.

YOUTH – The two leaders of group B of the Under 12, Firenze Softball and Estra Siena Baseball will face respectively the Padule and the Nuove Pantere Lucca, the latter defeated by the tirade match against Firenze Softball. Appointment on Saturday morning, at 11, on the Apuzzo diamond in Lucca – Aqueduct for the young bianconeri. Monteriggioni U12 (group A) will play on Sunday 1 May at 11 in Castellina Scalo against Fiorentina.
