Dunder the label Land of Games 2024the City of Millau supports the Olympic and Paralympic Day (OPD) which will be held on Saturday May 14 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Roger Julian swimming pool and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Maladrerie site.
Meet the associations and local sports players spread over the Maladrerie. They will offer you several activities and workshops to introduce you to the values of Olympism through the practice of sport: taekwondo and sumo duels, football, rugby, basketball, archery, water sports…
To allow minors in particular to practice paddle, rafting and swimming in themselves, a swimming certificate is required. For this, the Roger Julian swimming pool offers “know how to swim” tests from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in order to check the level of swimming.
- Open to everyone from 6 years old
- Price: pool entrance fee applied, but tests are free
- Come with your bathing suit and swimming cap
Always in a sporty and eco-responsible attitude, you are encouraged to favor soft mobility (on foot, by bike, by scooter, etc.) for your trips to the various meeting places.
