BADIA POLESINE – Sports activities continue at Primo Levi. After the initiative “Let’s run together”, organized by the teachers of Motor Sciences of the high school of Badia Polesine, in recent days the students of the first, second and third grades have been involved in “Sports day” at the sports hall and courts made available by the Badia Polesine tennis club.
All the sports offered to the children were individual, in compliance with the rules still in force, with the aim of making known activities that young people usually know little or hardly practice: badminton, ping pong e tennis.
“It is always nice to experience great enthusiasm from the participants – comments Fabio Stevanella, one of the institute’s sports science teachers – Students challenged each other in single group matches, both male and female. At the end of the morning no rankings have been drawn up, just to emphasize the fact of being able to approach these activities with greater serenity and desire to learn”.
“That the kids get back to moving and having fun together is certainly a very nice thing – adds the head teacher Amos Golinelli satisfied – if they do it for the sake of trying out new sports without competition, it is even more enjoyable. For us, starting to be together again passes through many activities and proposals, and this sport is certainly one of the most valid.”.
The next appointments organized by the Department of Motor Sciences will be the athletics institute phase and the rafting experiences in Valstagna for the fourth and fifth classes.
