Beyond The Lines, the NBA exhibition that mixes art and basketball

The NBA Mexico presented the exhibition of urban art Beyond The Lines, with which they put an end to the celebration for the 75 years of the league.

In this exhibition he makes a fusion between art and basketball through works by different national and international artists who captured their work through paintings, photographs and digital art.

Speakers at Beyond The Lines include Mónica Loya, Hola Lou, Urias, Yurex Omaskin, Mike Sandoval, Galo, Zpadaz, Rodrigo Noriega, Jorge Orozco, Max Vera, Bate, Tone Olvera, and Kevin Couliau.

“It is a new way of showing, of sharing something that we had not done with the fans, it is art, along with urbanity, the profile of the NBA brand and basketball. It’s very cool, I loved it. The reaction of the people to see each one of the pieces, the creativity, the effort, of artists of international stature showing, precisely, their works of art associated with the theme of basketball and the NBA”, said Raúl Zárraga, director of NBA Mexico. .

“I am very grateful to the NBA for creating this space to show some of the art that is being done here in Mexico. It is an incredible initiative, I feel very honored to be sharing with great artists, it is a pride, ”said Rodrigo Noriega, one of the artists who exhibits his work in Beyond The Lines.

This exhibition will be presented from May 27 to 29, at Lucerna 32, Colonia Juárez, in CDMX. Access is free and prior registration must be made on the NBA Mexico page.
