The Tezenis Verona Under 15 team, coached by Simone Guadagnini, will participate from 29 May to 4 June in the National Finals of the category which will be played in Pordenone, Gorizia, Udine and Trieste.
After a first phase that saw the Gialloblù ranked third in the Venetian group behind Aquila Trento and Reyer Venezia, the pass to the finals was acquired by beating in the play-off with the second classified of Piedmont, Cus Torino.
In Pordenone, Tezenis Verona is included in group B with CS Etrusca Basket, Robur et Fides Varese and Basket School Latina.
In group A were Stella Azzurra Roma, Varese Basketball, ABC Castelfiorentino, Reyer Venezia. In group C Aquila Basket Trento, Virtus Arechi Salerno, Olimpia Milano, Azzurra Trieste. In group D Virtus Pallacanestro Bologna, Pallacanestro Bernareggio, College Basketball Borgomanero and Basket Roma.
Tezenis Verona will debut on Sunday 29 May against Basket School Latina. Depending on the result of this first day, the calendar of the following days will be drawn up.
The first classified of each group will pass by right to the quarterfinals, while the second and third will play off to acquire the passage to the round.
The play-offs will see the second and third of the group of Pordenone cross with that of Udine, while that of Gorizia will face that of Trieste.
The quarter-finals are scheduled for Thursday 2 June, the semifinals for the 3, while the final that will decide the winner of the Italian title will be played on Saturday 4 Palacrisafulli in Pordenone at 18:30.

I refer both to the group made up of 2007 players, but also to all the other teams in the youth sector – commented coach Simone Guadagnini – capable of making top championships after a year and a half of stop. Now we are focused on this final phase, we want to try to be competitive with everyone by playing it until the end. In this year we have made an important growth, little by little we have become aware of our possibilities and we have come this far “.

The staff is completed by the assistant coaches Traiontano Marcello and Righetti Leonardo and by the managers of Bracesco Alberto and De Cantis Luigi.
