In the national Under 19 team, Chieri, after winning the group play-offs drawing 0-0 at home against Bra in last Wednesday’s match, begins the adventure at national level by overcoming the preliminary round against the Lombards of Alcione , defeated 5-4 on penalties. Endless emotions in the first leg between Saviglianese (in the photos) and Alpignano in the semifinal for the regional Under 19 title: the young “magicians” reassemble the Turinese, but a penalty in the final keeps the challenge open in view of the second leg. Verdict without appeal, however, in the play-outs: the challenge between Albese and Busca ends at 43 ‘of the second half with the 3-2 that condemns the grays to relegation. In the Under 16 the Cheraschese drew 2-2 in Asti in the semifinal match for the title, the Saviglianese beats Monregale by measure and maintains the regional category. The play-offs for the promotion from the provincials to the regional ones have also started, with the home defeat of the Under 19 of San Benigno against Alba Calcio in a match conditioned by some disputed episodes, such as a penalty awarded against and two goals canceled from Cuneo.
