Greg Hardy, former NFL player (ed. American Football League) will make his professional boxing debut on October 8 at Black Sheep Boxing (source MMA Junkie). After a career in MMA at the UFC where he succeeded several times, Hardy embarked on a career as a boxer.

After his successful debut, Hardy was not retained by the UFC following his loss to Serghei Spivac on March 5 at UFC 272, his third straight loss. With a final record of 4-5-1 in the UFC, Hardy is trying his luck in the ‘noble art’ where he once again hopes to be talked about other than for his legal disputes where he is notably accused of domestic violence.

See you on October 8 for the former NFL player, who will definitely want to shine in the ring. For now the name of his opponent is not yet known.

Do you think Greg Hardy will make a successful debut in professional boxing?
