Despite great victories in Saturday’s quarterfinals, the remaining Danish players did not manage to win their semifinals on Saturday night.
Three days with lots of matches are over, and now are the players who have qualified for the finals at the VICTOR DENMARK MASTERS.
Unfortunately, it will be without Danish participation. Mathias Thyrri and Amalie Magelund survived seven match points, but ended up losing 17-21, 20-22.

Mads Christophersen had earlier in the day nicely beaten the first-seeded Toby Penty, while in the semifinals he lost 21-10, 9-21, 16-21 to the sixth-seeded Indian Kiran George.
Mads Conrad-Petersen was the last Dane in the semi-finals to capitulate. The former national team player, who at VICTOR DENMARK MASTERS paired with German Jan Colin Völker, lost 18-21, 21-15, 17-21 to a Taiwanese pair.
Sunday’s finals will be:
Men’s singles: Kiran George (6th seed) – Lu Chia Hung
Women’s Single: Pitchamon Opatniputh – Sung Shuo Yun (6th Seed)
Herredouble: Chiu Hsiang Chieh/Yang Ming-Tse-Yong Jin/Na Sung Seung
Damedouble: Yeung Nga Ting/Yeung Pui Lam – Yujia Jin/Wong Jia Ying Crystal
Mixed Double: Lee Chun Hei Reginald / Ng Tsz Yau (6th Seed) – Dejan Ferdinansyah / Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja

Sunday’s finals begin at 10 a.m. and will be played on two courses.
VICTOR DENMARK MASTERS, categorized as an International Challenge, is being held for the first time at the Royal Stage in Hillerød.
