Mercato: PSG about 60 M € for Skriniar! – Soccer

After an initial offer rejected by Inter Milan, Paris Saint-Germain made a second offer, estimated at 60 million euros, for central defender Milan Skriniar. The French champion is slowly approaching the fixed price by the Italian club…

Milan Skriniar, Campos’ number one goal.

For several days, the French media have been unanimous about the first priority of Paris Saint-Germain sports adviser Luis Campos for this summer transfer window: Inter Milan central defender Milan Skriniar.

And to start discussions with the vice-champion of Italy, the Portuguese had made a first proposal, estimated at 50 million euros and rejected by Intristes.

Paris does not drop this file

A refusal sufficient to cool the ardor of the former leader of AS Monaco? No way ! Visibly determined, the Lusitanian returned to the charge according to information from the Italian daily Le Corriere della Sera on Monday. Thus, the capital club has made a second proposal, this time worth 60 million euros. But again, this approach of PSG should not be sufficient to complete this operation.

Because despite the need for Inter to replenish its coffers before the end of June, the transalpine club does not intend to sell off one of its best elements, whose starting price has been set at 70 million euros despite a contract which expires in June 2023. Suddenly, the Milanese leaders still hope to raise the auction thanks to the very serious interest of Campos.

A widely possible agreement

Suffice to say right away, if this difference of 10 million euros is confirmed between the positions of the two teams, common ground will very certainly be found soon with the game of negotiations. As with right-back Achraf Hakimi last summer, PSG should take advantage of Inter’s financial situation to quickly finalize the Skriniar operation. A nice move to launch a new re?
