Panama will see action today in four sports of the Bolivarians

Panama will have action today, Friday, in four sports of the XIX Bolivarian Sports Games, which will last until July 5 in the city of Valledupar, department of Cesar, in Colombia.

One of the sports that will see action today will be basketball, which will be represented by the U-19 category and will face Venezuela at 9 in the morning (Panama time) at the Oscar Muñoz Combat Coliseum.

Azihra Valdés, Cristina Acosta, Edissa Andrade and Isabel Wong will compete for Panama in the women’s division, while Carlos Olmos, César Salvador Contreras, Donald Lee and William Duen will play in the men’s division.

For their part, Christofer Jurado and Bolívar Espinosa will compete in the men’s individual cycling time trial specialty, which will be held in the streets of Valledupar over 40 kilometers.

Fencing will be another of the sports disciplines when he participates in the men’s individual épée modality through Arturo Dorati.
