Her grandson William, on the other hand, was so excited about a tennis game at Wimbledon that he seemed to forget the fact that he was under constant observation when – it seemed – in the heat of the moment a swear word flitted from his lips.
Prince William in tennis fever: the F-word used?
Along with Duchess Kate lived Prinz William on Tuesday the game of Novak Djokovic versus Jannik Sinner at. In one particularly nerve-wracking moment during the match, cameras caught William apparently in the process of swearing roughly.
The heir apparent could be seen mouthing the words “Oh no, no, don’t…F…” before the cameras panned away, leaving him unable to finish his sentence. Did the otherwise exemplary royal put the bad word “fuck” in his mouth? One wonders now on Twitter.
