After an exceptional final, the United States won their sixth U17 Men’s World Championship title. To achieve this, they had to dominate a Spanish national team (79-67) pushed by a large audience in Malaga.
Manhandled for three quarters by a Spanish U17 men’s national team carried by the large public (8,000 people) in Malaga, the United States managed to gain the upper hand in the last 15 minutes to win the final 79-67 and their sixth men’s U17 World Cup, in six competitions.
