Standard keeps its staff in U23. On their site, the Rouches wanted to present their new coach:
“Our club and Joseph LAUMANN have reached an agreement: the Moroccan-German technician becomes the coach of our U23 team, SL16 FC, which will play in the Challenger Pro League (the former Division 1B) this 2022-2023 season.
Born on August 31, 1983 (38 years old) in Marrakech, this former player who played in different German divisions (including Schalke 04, Lübeck or Duisburg) began a career as an assistant coach in 2015, notably in Bochum and more recently in Barnsley. He is also multilingual (German, English, French and Moroccan).
