Warriors star Steph Curry can’t stop casting shadow over LeBron James and the Lakers during ESPYs awards show

Stephen Curry has vowed to provide warmth to ESPY, and he did it just to kick off his hosting gig.
Unfortunately for Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James, he’s on the verge of receiving the hilarious trolling from the Golden State Warriors star.
Earlier in the show, Curry shared that he was only the second NBA player to host the aforementioned awards ceremony, after LeBron who did it in 2007. However, he really had to remind everyone that when James hosted him, he was coming out of an NBA loss in the final.
Of course, it’s still fresh in everyone’s mind what Curry and his Warriors accomplished last June 2022.
“I am the second NBA player to host this awards show. LeBron James hosted this show in 2007 after losing the NBA Finals. So yeah… yeah, it’s better, ”joked Curry, via ClutchPoints’ Twitter.
Hey, Stephen Curry isn’t lying. They are just facts, although it could be quite painful for LeBron James to remember his first NBA Finals and the bitter defeat that came with the Spurs sweep.
Fans and haters alike have to give it to Curry, however. He has certainly earned the right to talk about smacking and trolling winning rings, especially after all the criticism and hatred he and the Warriors have received over the past couple of years.
If there is one “comforting” fact for LeBron, it is that he is not the only one to get rubbish talk from Curry. Not even NFL legend and Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady could escape being trolled by Steph.

Curry also made a lot of Los Angeles Lakers jokes. Los Angeles was an obvious target for Steph, and his shots kept coming.
Towards the latter part of the evening, the Warriors stud fired at the Lakers again, this time referring to how their fans don’t usually watch their games closely:
“We’re in the fourth quarter of the show, which means all the Los Angeles fans are finally here,” Curry said. “I appreciate that you have introduced yourself. It also means that all the Miami fans have already left, so thank you for coming ”.

Curry also couldn’t help but give the Miami Heat and their fan base a shot here. As if casting a shadow over Laker Nation wasn’t enough, Steph had to wipe out Heat supporters as well.
Earlier in the night, Curry also destroyed the Boston Celtics with a little help from Kevin Hart. Steph reported that the famous comedian wanted him to start his opening skit by saying that he was the “proud dad” of the Celtics. Attack.
All in all, it was a very successful hosting night for all-rounder Stephen Curry. Oh, and he also won the ESPY award as the best player in the NBA for 2022. – Rappler.com
