The Italian Archery Club Championships are underway: Tre Torri Archers and CAM in Ascoli

Everything is ready for two days of great sport for all archery enthusiasts and athletes. Sunday 24 and Monday 25 are in fact scheduled the Italian Club Championships in Ascoli Piceno.
A competition that definitively consecrates the outdoor season, after the long winter months.

The competition will be divided into two different categories: men’s and women’s teams, with 16 participating companies in the first category e 15 in the second.
Among them, representing the Varese area there will be Tre Torri Archers from Cardano al Campo and the CAM Archers from Gallarate.

The Cardanesi come to the appointment as registered in both categories. The men’s team will consist of: Rino De Bortoli, Salvatore Marraro, Matteo Uggeri, Fernando Vicini, Enrico Frigerio and Andrea Gabriele Santinellor; while as regards the female, they will shoot: Alessandra Bigogno, Isabella Salmoirago, Elena Crespi, Anna Puricelli, Gloria Cantù and Marta Corini.

Also there CAM of Gallarate participates in the championships in both the men’s and women’s teams category, bringing with him as athletes: Ambrogio Filippini, Riccardo Maggioni, Alessandro Di Tommaso, Vincenzo Rasulo, Fabrizio Diani, Michele Frangilli, Giulia Claudia Andretta, Carla Frangilli, Sofia Guglielmo, Elisa Ester Coerezza and Marialuisa Nobile.

The first round of fights will see face to face, for the male, the Tre Torri Archers and CAM with ASD Castenaso AT and Archers Città di Pesciawhile in the female, the CAM will deal with Kosmos Rovereto, Abruzzese and Medio Chienti Archerswhile the Three Towers Archers will challenge Arco Collegno, Malin Archery Team and Ypsilon Arco Club.

Therefore, challenges of the highest level for our two representative teams, with the Three Towers Archers who approach these championships with the desire to overcome their limits and play a chance of victory until the end, as they say Matteo Uggeri: “The Italian Club Team Championship is one of my favorite competitions, which best summarizes archery in Italy. When you step on the shooting line during the match, the spirit is always: “yourself against yourself”, but in reality you know that you are not doing it only for yourself, but also for your teammates and for your club. It is a competition that creates a strong sense of belonging and pushes you to push your limits to help the whole team do well” e Alessandra Moltrasio: “In the Italian Club Championships, more than in any other archery event, team spirit counts, a quality that we of the Tre Torri Archers certainly do not lack and the results obtained over the years are proof of this. I am very confident on both the women’s and men’s teams“.
