Overall figure. Óscar Romero stole the show on Saturday night at La Bombonera, scoring the two goals that helped Boca Juniors return to victory in the Argentine tournament.
But they were not just goals, but great goals. Especially the first, where the left-hander showed all his quality and great punch, to nail a shot in the angle of the Platense goal, drawing a work of art in the Boca stadium.
This was just 12 minutes into the game and after continuing to dominate for almost the entire first half, near the end of it, a great individual play by Sebastián Villa ended with a cross to the far post where Óscar Romero was, who calculated perfectly and he applied a header directed against the ground to put the second.
In the complementary one, Platense’s discount arrived and put some suspense in the game, but the result was no longer going to change.
Óscar Romero made his debut as a scorer in Boca and did so with nothing less than a double and a perfect free kick, which will undoubtedly remain in the memory.
According to data from the specialized site SofaScore, where he was rated a near perfect 9.3, Romero also attempted 7 shots, made 3 key passes and won 11 duels.

In the match that opens the Sunday day of the fifth date of the Closing tournament, Sol de América receives Guaraní at Villa Elisa. Both arrive with the urgent need for a triumph, something that so far, in four dates, they have only done once.
Sol is coming off two consecutive losses, against Cerro Porteño and Nacional. And although he qualified in the middle of the week for the Paraguayan Cup against Fernando de la Mora, he did so through a penalty shootout, after failing to win in 90 minutes.
The team led by Pablo Guiñazú only defeated 12 de Octubre, with an agonizing goal from Víctor Barrios in the 84th minute, and lost their remaining games so far in the Clausura.
Guaraní, for its part, is not doing very well either. After their defeat to Olimpia in the first date, Guaraní seemed to start the recovery on the second day, where they defeated General Caballero, but again stayed.
On the third date they tied against Resistencia and have just lost an incredible match against October 12 last day.
The match starts at 4:00 p.m. with arbitration by Derlis López. In the VAR will be Éber Aquino.

Olimpia’s last match was a 9-0 thrashing in the Paraguayan Cup, but in the local championship Franjeado has just fallen at the last minute against Tacuary, a blow that left him reeling and from which he wants to recover.
In the second shift this Sunday, they face another recently promoted team that is fighting for permanence: Ameliano, who comes from a defeat in Ciudad del Este and is also looking to recover since last week’s fall occurred on a date where almost all his direct rivals managed to win.
The match starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Manuel Ferreira stadium and will be arbitrated by Carlos Paul Benítez, while Juan Gabriel Benítez will be in the VAR.
Olimpia will have the return of Sergio Otálvaro, who had already reappeared in Copa Paraguay, but he will do so for the first time in the Clausura, after the injury suffered in the second leg against Atlético Goianiense for Copa Sudamericana.
Likewise, Marcos Gómez could appear in midfield, instead of Willian Candia, compared to the match against Tacuary. For this date, Hugo Quintana would have already been available, after serving his sanction, but he was injured against Colonial and is out.
Humberto García, for his part, would not change too much what he put up against Cerro Porteño. Diego Barreto could enter instead of the expelled Elías Sarquis and then everything would remain the same.
PROBABLE ALIGNMENTS
OLYMPIA: Gaston Olveira; Sergio Otalvaro, Luis Zarate, Saul Salcedo and Matthew Gamarra; Alexander Silva, Richard Ortiz, Marcos Gomez and Hugo Fernandez; Derlis Gonzalez and William Paiva. DT: Julius Caesar.
AMELIANO: Jorge Chena; Ramón Coronel, Leonardo Incorvaia, Hugo Benítez and Marcos Martinich; Alejandro Samudio, Aldo Maíz, Fredderick Alfonso and Diego Barreto; Jonathan Gomez and Alex Arce. DT: Humberto Garcia.
