The reporter learned that in the business environment evaluation and evaluation work organized by the autonomous region government in 2021, the city’s registered property index scored 100 points, ranking first in the region, an increase of 7 places compared to 2020. Among them, the time-consuming process of registration, the convenience, the rate of rural real estate registration and certification, and the rate of solving problems left over from history all ranked first in the region.
Since the implementation of the unified registration of real estate in 2016, our city has insisted on making every effort to promote “run at most once” as the highlight of continuously deepening and optimizing the business environment, starting from the key link of real estate registration that is most closely related to people’s livelihood and has the most extensive services, and optimizes the work process. Simplify the approval requirements, shorten the processing time limit, clarify job responsibilities, support and assist the development of enterprises, and strive to create a new model of real estate registration services. Up to now, the city has issued a total of 816,000 real estate registration right certificates, 242,200 registration certificates, a total of 1,032,800 pieces, and the registration efficiency has been continuously improved.
It is understood that our city further compresses the time limit. Generally, the registration is shortened from the statutory 30 working days to 2-4 working days, and the seal-up, cancellation, and objection registration are completed immediately, which is 5 working days than the state and autonomous regions require. Settlement 1 day in advance; real estate registration, real estate transaction, tax payment “one window acceptance, parallel processing” model is fully implemented online and offline in all banners and urban areas, solving the problems of enterprises and the masses going to the window multiple times, time-consuming and laborious.
In the next step, our city will continue to deepen and improve the registration system, continuously improve the utilization rate of the “Internet + real estate registration” system and the “one-window acceptance” system, promote and expand the interface information sharing between registration agencies and multiple departments, and improve the online registration mode. Carry out actions to improve registration quality and team work style, strengthen the supervision of registration business in the city, regularly report overdue business, and provide more convenient and efficient services for enterprises and the public.
