Martin Kind has achieved a point victory in court: The managing director of the professional department of the second division football club Hannover 96 is allowed to continue his job for the time being by means of a temporary injunction. This is the result of a hearing before the district court in Hanover on Tuesday. At the end of July, Kind was dismissed from the board of the parent club Hannover 96 eV as managing director of the professional football association “for important reasons”. On the other hand, the long-standing club boss defended himself legally, and he now achieved a partial success in the summary legal proceedings on Tuesday. Kind may work as managing director of Hannover 96 Management GmbH until the main proceedings, which have not yet been scheduled. However, the opposing party has the option of appealing to the Higher Regional Court in Celle. The 78-year-old child was recently allowed to continue “the usual and urgent business” of Management GmbH due to an interim order.
