According to the commission, the former executive director Šrámek, who ended the management of Dukla in May 2019 after relegation from the top league, could influence the regularity of the matches with Liberec and at Slovácko. In addition, he faces suspicions that he demanded yellow cards for his team’s players during the duel in Mladá Boleslav.
Dukla won 2:0 over Liberec in September 2018, drew goalless in Mladá Boleslav in November and lost 0:1 in Slovácko in December of the same year. Subsequently, this season, the Prague team took the last place in the table, were relegated from the first league and have been playing in the second highest competition ever since. Michal Šrámek’s son David currently works in the same role in the management of the club from Julisky.
The Ethics Commission stated that it will deal with the case at its meeting on September 15 in Prague. The commission is currently dealing with the repercussions of the case surrounding the former vice-chairman of the FAČR, Roman Berber. She has already punished several people in the affair, and last December she expelled Vyšehrad from the third league, where another of the actors in the case, official Roman Rogoz, worked.
Referee Pilný was suspended for two years
Today, the commission banned referee Marko Pilný from football for two years. According to her, he was promised a monetary reward by Rogoz from his position as assistant referee for influencing the match of the third league between Velvary and Vyšehrad in March 2019. The Prague club then drew 2:2 and subsequently won 5:4 on penalties. Both teams played one penalty kick in the match. At the same time, Pilný was fined 25,000 crowns by the ethics commission. The former league referee can appeal against the verdict within five days.
In 2016, Pilný was expelled from the FAČR for taking part as the fourth referee in the management of a match of the top competition in Příbram while under the influence of alcohol. But then he returned to the association. At the weekend, he whistled the match of the third league between Admira Prague and B-team Pilsen, in which he was attacked and knocked to the ground by the visiting Kristi Qose. The Albanian midfielder received a four-month punishment from the disciplinarian, and West Bohemia terminated his contract.
