South African Paula Reto clinched her first career LPGA title after a great battle in the last round in Ottawa.
With five players in two shots at the dawn of the last round, the trophy hunt promised to be hooked, it will have been so until the end as everything could still have changed until par 5 of 18.
The two Koreans in the lead will not have succeeded in retaining their first place, Narin An missed the mark with his card of 72 (+1) while Hye-Jin Choi was betrayed by his putter (31 putts), with in particular a last attempt for eagle which remained short in line.

A drop in the regime of the leading duo which Paula Reto took advantage of.The South African in the lead after a breathtaking first round lifts her first trophy after 156 starts on the LPGA.
A victory acquired in particular thanks to a perfect outward journey punctuated by five birdies from the 32-year-old player who then managed, eight pars and a bogey on her last nine holes.
She is ahead Nelly Korda et Hye-Jin Choi from one point. Lydia Ko fails two strokes after his fantastic 63 (-8) with five birdies on the last six holes this Sunday.

Map under par for PRB
Among the French, Pauline Roussin-Bouchard was visibly eager to erase her poor performance the day before. Part of the 10 she made an almost perfect outward journey completed in 31 in (-4) which unfortunately was tarnished by three bogeys on the return. A birdie on the first of the two par 5s on the course at the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club allowed him to sign a 69 (-2) synonymous with 45th place in the final.
The last round of Perrine Delacour is on the other hand completely to be forgotten. His heavy 76 (+5) including two doubles on his second half of the course pushed him back to the very end of the ranking.
In this Canadian meeting Celine Herbin, Celine Boutier et Agathe Laisne missed the cut.
