Few sports are as closely associated with the United States as baseball. There are also strong leagues in South Korea, Taiwan and the Dominican Republic. However, the sport is little known in Switzerland. The Swiss Baseball and Softball Federation, the association of Swiss baseball and softball clubs, has existed for over 40 years.
