This Saturday, October 15, 2022, the Judo Club Blanzynois offered as part of Pink October a Taïso session led by Arnaud TICHY, the club’s teacher.
President Frédéric BADET welcomed all the participants, as well as Hervé MAZUREK, Mayor of Blanzy and Mr. MENY on the tatamis of the Dojo de la Verrerie to launch this morning of solidarity.
JCB licensees, their relatives, friends and people who wanted to discover this discipline were therefore invited and could make a donation for the benefit of medical and scientific research and to raise awareness of early detection of breast cancer.
All dressed in pink, the participants were able to follow muscle strengthening exercises that help develop cardio, balance, mobility and coordination, all to music.
A great event whose profits will be donated to the League against breast cancer.
The Judo Club Blanzynois welcomes throughout the year people who wish to keep in shape during 2 sessions per week.
