No new comeback in Bayern training!

The Bayern keeper was supposed to train with the team again on Thursday morning. At 10:52 a.m., the reservists from the 5-2 cup win in Augsburg came out of the dressing room and onto the training ground on Säbener Straße.
Surprisingly still without Neuer!

Julian Nagelsmann (35) announced the new comeback in training at the press conference before the second round game in the DFB Cup on Tuesday: “It’s a tightrope walk – every game that’s too early throws him back. The next weekend with Hoffenheim is now the goal. But we also have to decide that in the short term. He will take part in parts of game replacement training on Thursday. And then we see how restricted the movement is.”
Nothing came of it. No new comeback in Bayern training on Thursday because of his pain after the shoulder joint contusion!
It is therefore rather unlikely that the DFB star can be in goal on Saturday in Hoffenheim (3.30 p.m. / Sky)! Neuer would only have the secret final training session on Friday afternoon before leaving for the away game in the league for a return to the team.
Because of shoulder problems, he had missed the last three games in the cup against Augsburg (5-2), in the league against Freiburg (5-0) and in the Champions League in Pilsen (4-2). In Dortmund (2.2) the captain still played with painkillers. He then paused for twelve days so as not to have to take medication permanently.
The coach made it clear on Saturday: “Without treating it with painkillers, he can’t move his shoulder in a way that allows a game. There’s no point in always pumping him full so he can play.”
What was the problem the last few days? Nagelsmann explains: “Every lifting movement with his arm hurts him. If you have a sharp pain, you block the movement. Then you can’t react so quickly.”
After returning to the team, the 2014 world champion can put himself in goal. The coach: “In the end, only he can decide for himself with his great experience!”
If Neuer is still not free of pain and fails again against Hoffenheim, Sven Ulreich (34) would be in the Bayern goal again and young goalkeeper Johannes Schenk (19) would be on the bench!
Mazraoui is also missing
Not only Neuer but also Noussair Mazraoui (24/muscle problems in his left thigh after a cramp against Freiburg) were absent in Augsburg. The right-back was also unable to train with the team on Thursday.

The starting eleven of the 5:2 regenerated in the professional wing on Säbener Straße. Matthijs de Ligt (23) carried the heavy speed bike to the balcony of the fitness room and cycled there in the fresh air with a view of his colleagues training.
