PAN AMERICAN WOMEN’S SOFTBALL

– Puerto Rico opens the tournament held in Guatemala, on Saturday, November 12 at 11:00 am against Brazil. Then at 1:45 pm they face Venezuela. The team’s next matches will be Argentina, the United States, El Salvador and Costa Rica, between November 13 and 16.

– The action of the federative water polo league returns this weekend to the pool of the Cosme Beitía sports complex of the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus. The finals will be on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 November. There will be games from 8:30 am.

9:00 a.m. | Beginners League of the Puerto Rico Archery Federation. About 130 archers are expected to compete at distances from 5 meters to 70 meters. In the federal estate in the Germán Rieckehoff Olympic Hostel in Salinas.

KARATE

Saturday November 12

Several karate-do prospects will be active from noon at the AJKL Open Championship to be held in the city of Miami, Florida. The representation is made up of Ricardo Rivera in 55 kilograms of weight, category U’14; Arturo Montañez in 52 kg, cadet; Diego Valderrama in 60 kg, Su-21; Bryan Meléndez in 45 kg, juvenile category, Destiny Vergara in +68 kg and Ángel Meléndez in kata, cadet category.

The karate fighters are part of the Puerto Rican Karate Federation and the Puerto Rico Tiger Dojo.
