The Councilor for Sports of the City Council of Lucena, Alberto Lorahas communicated the resolution and distribution of financial subsidies for this year 2022 that he Municipal Sports Service intended for sports clubs and high-performance athletes in our city.
In the sports entities section, it should be noted that the total amount to be distributed was 60.000 € being the beneficiaries a total of 12 clubs depending on the project presented by each of them; Lucena Handball Club (€12,000); Lucebasket Basketball Club (€10,000); Lucentino Gymnastics Club (€8,749.72); Lucena Marathon Club (€8,614); Lucena Swimming Club (€5,050.70); Al-Yussana Basketball Club (€4,000); La Torca Tennis Club (€3,544.92); Amara Sports Club (€2,122.17); Lucena Badminton Club (€2,218.48); Koryo Lucena Club (€1,560); Lucena Athletics Club (€1,500) and CD Boxing Koryo (€640).
Regarding financial aid for high-performance athletes from Lucena the total amount subsidized by the SDM is 3.365,28 € divided between 7 athletes local; Cristóbal García Guillén (€1,258.18); Elía María Cuenca Jiménez (€1,005.92); Mª Carmen Pino Served (€650.89); Belén Jurado del Espino (€235.69); Araceli Muñoz Sánchez (€118.34); Antonio Mármol Caballero (€66.67) and David Valverde Navarro (€29.59).
