Ramos described as very positive the performance of the Cubans, who fulfilled 100% of the expected goal, since they all won medals and points for the world ranking, in view of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
To compete in the cycle until Paris 2024, IBISA put into effect since January 1 a new medical-functional evaluation system that now has only two classes: J1 (visual acuity of less than or equal to LogMAR 2.6 in binocular vision) and J2 (visual acuity within a range between LogMAR 1.3 and 2.5 with binocular vision, or with a binocular visual field of 60 degrees or less in diameter).
