The men’s high performance prize was awarded to taekwondo player Khalil Jendoubi, while bowler Mouna El Béji won the women’s category, during the annual Olympic torch ceremony, organized Friday evening by the Tunisian National Olympic Committee, in presence of the Minister of Youth and Sports, representatives of sports federations, winners of various prizes and many sports and Olympic personalities.
As for Paralympic sports, the first prize went to Fathi Zouinkhi for men and Najeh Chouaya for women.
During the ceremony, which took place in a hotel in the capital, the various winners were honored following the referendum in which many sports journalists participated.
