Bye-bye Logo of the Rencong Warriors bearing the Banda Aceh Government, Now Named Persiraja Aceh

SERAMBINEWS.COM – Bye-bye the club logo is nicknamed Laskar Rencong bearing the Pemko Banda Aceh, now officially named Persiraja Aceh’> Persiraja Aceh.

The change in the logo and acronym was conveyed by the President of Persiraja, Zulfikar Syahabuddin or who is familiarly called Zulfikar SBY when confirmed. Serambinews.comThursday (12/1/2023).

The change in the Persiraja logo is intended so that the reach of the Persiraja club can become wider and belong to all the people of Aceh.

Several parts of the logo have changed, except for the base color and two rencong on the left and right of the logo.

The Banda Aceh City Government (Pemko) symbol which is in the middle of the Persiraja logo is replaced with the Pancacita symbol or the Aceh Provincial Government (Pemprov) logo.

Changes can also be seen in the writing PERSIRAJA replaced with the acronym PERSIRAJA ACEH.

Likewise, with PERSIRAJA ACEH’s extension being the ‘Kutaraja Aceh Province Indonesian Football Association’, there is no longer the name Banda Aceh on the new logo.

This change signifies that Persiraja no longer belongs solely to the residents of Banda Aceh City, but belongs to all the people of Aceh.

The President of Persiraja said that management had been making changes to this logo for a long time.

“Yes (it has been changed). Please pray and support,” hoped Zulfikar SBY.

The Persiraja president conveyed the reason for his party changing the Laskar Rencong club logo because he considered Persiraja to be a football club owned by the people of Aceh.

“Let the reach be wider. Persiraja belongs to the people of Aceh. All the people of Aceh, 23 districts/cities,” he concluded.
