Luck and skill – Punnenov saves “Lausanne” fantastically from losing a goal

In the first minute of the second period, “Lausanne” took a 1-0 lead after Daniel Odette’s shot.

After six minutes, “Lausanne” gained the majority, but the most dangerous situation arose at the visitors’ goal.

First, Punnenov saved Filip Klapik’s shot with a leg guard, which was immediately followed by Alex Formenton’s shot.

The puck again hit Ivar’s leg guard, the goal post, and then Robin Kovacs got the puck away from the goal.

Later, “Lausanne” did not play so successfully, the home team scoring four goals and winning 4:1.

In the tournament table, after 37 games, “Lausanne” occupies the penultimate 13th place with 40 points. “Ambri-Piotta” has 48 points and 10th position.
