Two silvers and one bronze for Las Lomas in the Castilla-La Mancha Autonomous Archery Championship

On Saturday, January 14, the Autonomous Archery Championship in the modalities of Recurve and Compound Bow will be held in the town of Torrijos, where the Arcoclub Las Lomas will be represented by the archer Arantxa Serrano.

Arantxa would get third position in the qualifying round, which she managed to maintain after the qualifying rounds. Getting on the podium firstly to collect the trophy for third place in the Autonomous League last season and then to collect the trophy corresponding to third place achieved in the Castilla la Mancha Autonomous Championship.

On Sunday the 15th, the Autonomous Archery Championship will be held in the same pavilion in the categories of Barebow, Traditional and Longbow. On this occasion, those who participated were Alfredo Serrano and Mari Juliana Jaén, both in the lombow modality.

María J. would qualify in second position and would get on the podium to collect the runner-up trophy for Castilla la Mancha.

For his part, Alfredo managed to finish first in the qualifying round, going on to defend that position in the qualifying rounds. He managed to reach the final for gold, where they tied and had to decide the title with just one arrow. Our goalkeeper would have to settle for runner-up as his arrow wasn’t the closest to the center.

Two silver and one bronze for our archers in the Autonomous Archery Championship, who are already preparing for the National Championships.
