[Basketball Japan National Team News]The Japan National Team will face Iran and Bahrain in Window 6 of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Asian Qualifiers on February 23 and 26.

On the 31st, the Japan Basketball Association announced the 18 members of the Japanese men’s national team who will participate in the training camp just before the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Asian Regional Qualifier Window 6.
Yuki Togashi from the Chiba Jets and Yuki Kawamura from the Yokohama B-Corsairs were also invited to the training camp this time. On the other hand, Kosuke Hashimoto of Seahorse Mikawa and Kazuki Hosokawa of Sanen Neophoenix are the first call-ups under the Tom Horvath system.
From February 13th, the members of the Japanese national team held training camps at the Ajinomoto National Training Center and the Toyo University General Sports Center. They will face Iran on the 23rd and Bahrain on the 26th.
