Kodokan Chieti wins the Alpe Adria trophy in the cadet class

Kodokan Chieti was the winner of the first day of the 28th Alpe Adria Trophy, a Grand Prix competition reserved for the judo cadet class, which brought 700 under 18 athletes to the six tatamis of the PalaBella Italia in Lignano Sabbiadoro.

“I didn’t expect this result – said Silvio Tavoletta, manager of the Abruzzo team – Truly a unique emotion. Credit to our boys, really all with a huge heart. I am satisfied with the medals of Alessandro, Lucio and Asia. Too bad for the girls, for their commitment they deserved something more. Now let’s think about the European Cup in Naples. Thanks to the organization, Alpe Adria always super”.

Among the good performances, it is also worth mentioning that of Ottavia Napoleone in the 52 kg category.
