The youth baseball tournament “Logos Land CUP” with outdoor experience was held
The “Japan’s Most Enjoyable Baseball Tournament” was held for two days from the 11th in Joyo City, Kyoto. It was a dad who had no baseball experience who planned a groundbreaking tournament to solve the “trouble” of not being able to spend time with his family in afterschool baseball.
Mr. Yuichi Hagiwara of “Sportsbacks,” which manages athletes, was responsible for the youth baseball tournament “Logosland CUP” to nurture children’s minds through baseball and the outdoors. Utilizing his experience as a manager at Yoshimoto Kogyo until May of last year, he says, “I want to add entertainment to baseball and change the current world of baseball for children.”
Teaming up with the outdoor brand “Logos”, we will have a match in the morning at Mt. Konosu Athletic Park, and in the afternoon, we will have a barbecue and outdoor experience at the nearby leisure facility “Logos Land” operated by the same company. With the full cooperation of Joyo City, the “Japan’s Most Enjoyable Baseball Tournament” was realized.

In recent years, the decrease in the baseball population has been viewed as a problem. Although there are differences depending on the team, after-school baseball is basically held on Saturdays and Sundays. Parents who accompany their children worry that “Saturdays and Sundays will be crushed when baseball starts”. If both parents work, many families give up baseball because they cannot participate in team management. I feel that the stress that parents have been relieved will lead to the future.
