Gol.bolatimes.com – Schedule for the Indonesian national team in 2023, Shin Tae-yong’s busy agenda is to spend his contract period with the Garuda squad at all age levels.
The 2022 AFF Cup is the agenda for closing the year for the Indonesian national team with Shin Tae-yong, despite the bad results by only getting to the semifinals.
Until February 2023, the Garuda squad’s agenda for all age groups was still quiet and only filled with preparations for training camp.
The Indonesian national team together with Shin Tae-yong will return to competing on the international stage in March 2023, starting at the age group level.
The 2023 U-20 Asian Cup will be the first stage for Shin Tae-yong’s return with the Indonesian national team, currently the Garuda Nusantara squad is struggling in Uzbekistan.
Continuing in May, the Indonesian national team will focus again on the 2023 SEA Games which will be held in Cambodia without Shin Tae-yong.
Indra Sjafri will again take over this division, along with his duet partner in the U-19 national team at the 2013 AFF Cup, Eko Purdjianto.
Meanwhile, Shin Tae-yong will focus on polishing the U-20 national team to compete in the 2023 U-20 World Cup as the host of the competition.
In June 2023 Shin Tae-yong will also focus on the senior Indonesian national team competing in the 2023 Asian Cup in Qatar.
After that, the agenda for the Indonesian national team will continue with the Asian Games which will be held in Huangzhou, China from September to October 2023.
On the sidelines of this agenda, the Indonesian national team will also play a FIFA Matchday match and the same agenda will close the end of the national team year in November.
However, the Garuda squad will also be waiting for confirmation regarding the AFF Cup schedule which has not yet been released in the age groups, starting from U-16, U-20 and U-23.
