Atlético de Madrid will face Manchester City in South Korea in July 2023 in a match that will be part of the ‘Coupang Play Series’, a competition that will serve Diego Pablo Simeone’s men to prepare for the 2023 season /2024.
The match against the English team is the third confirmed by the rojiblancos for the preseason, after those announced against Real Sociedad and Sevilla, in Mexico and the United States, respectively. The match against Pep Guardiola’s team will be on July 30 in Seoul.
This will be the first time that the rojiblanco team visits South Korea in their history and they will do so to face the team that eliminated them in the quarterfinals of the Champions League last season.
