Victor Wembanyama : I said to myself the other day “in fact, my life resembles NBA 2K sometimes”. I do stuff, I meet such a star, I’m going to make my shoes for the draft… It’s a bit tiring so don’t do too much, appearances like that. I like going to the Parc des Princes (…) personally I don’t feel any pressure or anything, I meet Mbappé, I’m not telling myself “I have to be good in front of him and everything”.

Victor Wembanyama : That’s what I was going to follow up on. It’s almost just people you have in common with. Basically, these are people who have either already succeeded or who are in the process of becoming even more successful. So it’s often hard workers, it’s often guys who have this competitive spirit, especially Mbappé. And Mbappé is cool too. Like I said, it’s just a bonus.

Difficult to get more praise from the big man who easily recognizes the hard work accomplished by the PSG superstar.
