This Thursday evening, a general fight broke out during the EuroLeague quarter-final between Real Madrid and Partizan Belgrade less than two minutes from the end of the match. The latter was definitively stopped afterwards when the Serbian team led 95 to 80. On Tuesday evening, Partizan Belgrade had already won in the Spanish capital (89-87) and is therefore in the lead in this series of final phase.
A player injured after the clash
The fight on the court was very violent between the actors of the meeting. Punches and elbows were thrown. France international Guerschon Yabusele was at the center of the altercation and could risk big, as he performed the equivalent of a judo hold on his opponent Dante Exum.
The latter, visibly touched, left the court with the help of his teammates and the medical staff of Partizan Belgrade. The next clash between the two teams, next Tuesday evening in Serbia, could make sparks.
