LH will carry out roof waterproofing related to the 6th complex of Cheongsol, underground sewer and drainage pipe replacement work, hallway window sealing and hallway painting, badminton court night lighting installation, worker rest facility and pavilion facility business, and green remodeling business (120 households).
In Hayan 6 Complex, roof waterproofing, corridor window sealing/corridor painting, CCTV and LED security lights are added, and playground floor facility improvement projects are promoted.
Facility improvement projects such as roof waterproofing for Hansol 7 Complex, hallway window sealing/corridor painting, children’s playground facility improvement project, and green remodeling project (249 households) are also carried out sequentially.
Rep. Kim met Lee Han-joon, president of Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), in the parliamentary office that day and urged active improvement of old facilities for rental apartments in the Bundang area.
Rep. Kim emphasized, “The facilities of the LH rental complex are outdated and residents are uncomfortable.”
He added, “Bundang is the white 6th complex among the 3 rental complexes in the area, but the bathroom improvement project has not been carried out.”
President Lee Han-joon said, “We will promote the facility improvement project this year for the three complexes and reflect the budget for the bathroom improvement project in the white complex 6,” said Congressman Kim.
