Saint-Prest. tournoi badminton st prest. It is for the benefit of the association Avec Gabin that the Plum’Eure club of Jouy-Saint-Prest organized its 4 e annual badminton tournament, Ecosoliplum, this weekend. Gabin is a 1-year-old boy with Down syndrome living in Poisvilliers. The club donated to the association one euro per participant and a percentage on the bar.
42 clubs
A total of 280 players were present at the Soutine college sports complex in Saint-Prest, where 42 clubs from the department and neighboring departments rubbed shoulders. “We had a record attendance,” noted the organizers.
The tournament was open to children aged 13 and over. Lots and numerous rewards were distributed to players and winners.
The Plum’Eure club has 110 members, including around forty young people. It offers a “badhealth” activity for people with illness, overweight or comorbidity, accessible by prescription from a doctor only.
