Black Velay Festival in Saint-Jeures

An unmissable event in recent years, the Fête de la Noire du Velay is back in Freycenet, commune of Saint-Jeures on Sunday 14 May. Among the 25 breeders of the Agneaux Noir du Velay association, Pierre-Louis and Quentin Sarda will welcome visitors who come to discover the sheep during the traditional transhumance. Cool and green in Allègre

The ninth edition of the Cool et verte will take place on Sunday May 14 in Allègre. Proceeds will be donated to two seriously ill children and their families. The event, the aim of which is to discover the Allègre region in a sporting way, offers several routes: 5, 10, 14, 25, 40 and 70 kilometres. These different distances can be achieved solo, walking, running, pedaling, on horseback or in teams of two on bike and run. Hikers can start whenever they want between 8 and 11 a.m. on the distance of their choice. A group start will be offered to riders, trail runners, cyclists, mountain bikers and bike and runners at 9:30 a.m. for the 25, 40 and 70 km and at 10:30 a.m. for the 10 or 14 km.

Langeac organic fair

The 19th Langeac organic fair will take place this Sunday, May 14. Exceptionally this year, it will be organized in the town center of Langeac. The vast majority of exhibitors present will offer food products: cheeses, vegetables, medicinal plants, honeys , meats, fruits, breads, pastries, groceries, etc. A 100% organic catering area is planned.
