Gert Verheyen completely undermines Rik De Mil’s choices

Rik De Mil again used a lot of youngsters at Club Brugge when he visited Royal Antwerp FC. Sandra and Nusa had to fill in at the absolute end of the match. Nusa in particular had a hard time.

“De Mil should never throw in those young guys in extra time, I would certainly never have done that”, Gert Verheyen was very clear to Eleven Sports.

“As a player you still have to get into that match, you only have to play six minutes, you are under a lot of pressure and you immediately end up in an all or nothing situation,” Verheyen continues.
