RSC Anderlecht wants to implement a new capital increase. Although it doesn’t seem entirely certain that it will come.
The rumor stream about the capital increases at RSC Anderlecht just keeps going. For example, the previous capital increase is not yet in order and chairman Wouter Vandenhaute has already promised a new one.
HUMO asked owner Marc Coucke via Whatsapp for the necessary explanation about the case. Coucke was very clear about the two matters mentioned. “The remaining shares of the previous capital increase have recently been fully paid up. Wouter indeed spoke of a new capital increase”, it sounds.
When asked whether it will definitely happen, Coucke remained very vague. “Presumably. It’s only certain when everything is round, of course. We must not abandon the club now, if the plans are good.”
Especially the “if” is quite striking in Coucke’s answer. HUMO once again insisted on the word “if” in his statement, but from then on Coucke no longer answered…
