Badminton. Gulf Tournament: Rostrenen in force at Vannes – Badminton

17th Golf Tournament in Vannes

As in simple men the day before with the success of Arthur Sibéril, the Bad’Club Rostrenen once again distinguished itself brilliantly in the City of Vénètes.

The Gannat – Jégo duo did not, however, start out as favorites in their final against Alexandre Bouilly and Antoine Tronyo. The Saint-Avé players had, in fact, dominated the Rostrenois in the pool (21-13, 23-21). But the latter found the parade to reverse the trend and finally win the final (21-15, 21-18). “We are very happy, indicated Guillaume Gannat. Since we had already been beaten by this double, this final really represented a trap match because we had made mistakes in our first match. We focused on being more consistent and making fewer mistakes. That’s what worked. »

Le Goff and Aubry crowned

Among the ladies, it was a single hen. Third in singles the day before, Maïlys Le Goff was successful this time with her club partner, Saskia Aubry. The BC Rostrenen girls won the tournament with no faults: three games won, including the decisive one against Cécile Cécile Baviera and Amélie Danet (21-12, 21-19).
