Pannese Sportjewel is back
It had been a while, so De Haan wanted to celebrate the comeback of the Pannese Sportjuweel in style. In addition to the honors of the sports champions, attention was also paid to the evening’s content with choreographies by Dynamic Dance School and Cirq’ulation Locale and a stage performance by comedian Jeron Dewulf.
Five laureates
De Haan honored five laureates on Friday evening. Belgian champion Badminton in the student class (men’s singles) won the individual Pannese Sportjuweel 2023. The team award was for the U16 of the women’s team of De Panne. They became champions in their series and won the Cup of West Flanders.

Sytse Lammens, Flemish champion double mini-trampoline -12 years old, became Promising Youngster. The Sportiest Senior was Zeilwagen driver Marc Depauw and the Sports Merit went to Benny Dezeure. He was praised for his exceptional career as a Sailing Wagon driver and driver in the federation.
