New York Knicks Decline Derrick Rose’s Team Option, Making Him an Unrestricted Free Agent

The New York Knicks have declined to exercise their team option valued at $15.6 million on veteran Derrick Rose’s final year of contract for the 2023-24 season, media sources confirmed. SNY.com.

Rose, 34, will become an unrestricted free agent starting July 1 when the transfer period officially begins. In the two stages of him as Knickerbocker He has amassed figures of 14.1 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 152 official games (71 as a starter).
