This is the event that all the practitioners of the Judo Club of Guipavas are waiting for: the closing ceremony of the season. Privileged moment during which David Bizouarn presents the judokas with the “Shin Ghi Taï” trophies. These rewards are given to children following the knowledge checks put in place, each quarter, as well as the results obtained during interclub competitions. A trophy is therefore awarded to the best of the children, according to their year of birth, then the trophy of trophies is awarded for the best of all these categories: this Thursday, June 22, 2023, it was awarded to Pierre Beuchard, with a score of 39 .5 out of 40.
Coraline Vautrain “best fighter”
For the oldest fighters, it is their performances during competitions that are taken into account: the trophy for the best fighter was therefore awarded to Coraline Vautrain, for her great season. Note that she is ahead of Romane Laurent who, at the start of the next school year, will change clubs in order to continue her studies: being a resident at the France pole in Bordeaux, she will be dismissed from the Dojo Béglais.
This ceremony was also the occasion for David Bizouarn to give Coraline Vautrain his fourth dan black belt.

Finally, the leaders of the judo club, with their president, Philippe Papin, held their general assembly with the results of the season and, above all, they communicated the dates of registration or renewal of licenses: Thursdays, June 29 and September 7, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday September 6, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., in the fighting room of the Kercoco sports complex, rue du Commandant-Challe, and during the forum of associations on Saturday September 9 at the Alizé. Classes will resume from Monday, September 11.
