Judo was celebrated on Saturday June 24, at the end of the season which ended around an event placed under the sign of sport and conviviality.
Cindy Chastel, the president and Rémi Demarie, with the whole team had prepared a gathering at the dojo in order to invite families, sympathizers and friends, to attend several demonstrations, which were to summarize in a few hours the work acquired throughout the year.
The seventy-seven judokas in the club, under the guidance of their instructor Rémi Demarie, 3rd dan, by age group the judokas gave great demonstrations of their achievements. In turn, the babies, the 6-8 year olds, the 9-12 year olds, then the adults followed one another.
After the demonstrations, came the time for the presentation of awards, trophies and belts.
The club has several 1st dan black belts with Joris Rousset, Baptiste Malige, Vianney Cournac and Loula Portal.
An aperitif followed by a meal ended this great moment which put judo in the spotlight.
The resumption of the club will take place a week before the sports festival which is to be held during the month of September.
