Manu Ginobili: Enjoying Retirement and Reconnecting with Argentine Basketball Legends

Emanuel Ginónbili left professional basketball in mid-2018 and has been enjoying his post-retirement life ever since. With the San Antonio Spurs 20 shirt retired, in the NBA and basketball hall of fame worldwide, Manu is currently in Italy, where he met up with old teammates from the Golden Generation of the Argentine National Team.

The 45-year-old from Bahia visited two well-known cities: Bologna, where he played in Kinder Bologna, and Reggio Calabria, where he also spent time with Viola Reggio Calabria, prior to his arrival in the NBA in 2002. Manu participated in a training camp and was honored. In addition, he visited other Argentine emblems: Luis Scola, who is currently the leader of Varse, Juan Ignacio ‘Pepe’ Sánchez, president of Bahía Basket, and Pablo Prigioni, technical director of Argentina.

“What a good time we have every time we get together!
