Indeed, the 30 NBA teams will be divided into six groups of five teams, three from the Eastern Conference and three from the Western Conference. Each team will play the other four once, each playing twice at home and twice away. How to decide on the composition of these groups? Teams will be drawn based on last season’s results. These matches will be played on Tuesdays and Fridays in November. The top teams from each group will advance to the second round, there will be two Wildcard teams. It will be two teams of the two best teams of the two conferences. So with the 8 remaining teams, we will have for the quarter-finals, direct elimination, which will take place on December 4 and 5. The winners will advance to the semi-finals to be held in Las Vegas on December 7, with the final taking place two nights later.
